France 1999 Our first European trip together

Amber and I tagged along on a trip to France that Brent and Jeanna went on (his was a research vacation to study Political Science), we spent the first week in the country, and the 2nd in Paris with Brent and Jeanna.

Since the last 2 years travels went so well (see imagesa above), we went back to Europe. This time we visited an old friend in Certaldo (near Pisa) for a week, then a week on the island to spend time with family.

Another 3 year gap in our European travels. I wanted to spend more time on the island, so we did that first (with fun day trips), then spent 3 days in Budapest, Hungary.

I think Sue was a little jealous of our last excursion to Budapest during our last trip. This time we teamed up and flew to Paris together to spend a few days before flying into Zagreb and making the trip down to the island.

Went to help work on the house, but plans didn't work out as expected. I did get a very enjoyable and relaxing 2 weeks on the island.
